Empathy Map

An empathy map is a discovery artifact that organizes what you learned about a user into four quadrants — Think, Feel, Say, and Do. It turns raw interview notes into a shared, at-a-glance picture of the user's mindset, surfacing gaps and contradictions between what people say and what they actually do.
