One product memory for your whole team.

$199 a month covers the Owner plus one more seat. Each extra seat is $59 a month. Every seat adds 2M tokens to the workspace's shared pool.

All seats pool their tokens and anyone can use the pool until it is empty. Each member has a 2M share: anything used above it is taken off that member's share next month first. In a collaborative session, the tokens are split equally between the participants. Owners and Admins can add top-ups to the pool at any time.

Yes. The Team trial runs for 7 days with up to 3 seats and a shared starter allowance of 600,000 tokens. You only pay when you convert.

Pay monthly, or annually and save 20%. You receive a secure payment link each billing cycle. Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated, so you only pay the difference.

Yes. Your products, files and history move into the team workspace as they are, and your unused tokens carry over. Colleagues who already use Prodstack can join and choose which of their products to bring. Products they keep personal stay on their own individual plan, on the same account.

Yes. One account can belong to several team workspaces, each with its own seat, and still keep a personal plan.

Viewers can follow the work through a shareable link for free. To talk to the coach and issue Directions, an executive takes an Executive seat.

Their seat is freed right away. Their past work stays in the product, shown with a Former Member badge, and any connectors they set up are switched off, with a one-click way for an Admin to reconnect them.

Our team does not read your conversations, documents or product memory, and none of our internal tools has a screen that shows them. What our tools show is what we need to run your account: members and seats, billing, token usage, and each product's name and progress, such as its stage and health score. If you send us feedback or a support request, we see what you write in it. Direct access to the underlying systems is limited to a few authorized staff, is logged, and is used only to keep the service running and secure, to fix a problem you ask us to look into, or when the law requires it.

Only the members assigned to that product, with the role the Owner or Admin gives them on it. Each person's own coaching chats stay separate unless they start a Session Collaboration, and its private side chat is never saved. Viewers only see what you share through a link, and you can revoke that link at any time.

Yes. Each workspace's products, conversations, documents and decision logs are logically isolated and access-controlled, so only authorized members of that workspace can reach them. Product memory never crosses between workspaces, even when the same person belongs to several teams, and products kept on a personal plan stay private to that person.

No. To generate coaching and documents, what you submit is sent to our AI providers solely to return the requested output. We do not use your private workspace content to train publicly available AI models.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Connector credentials and tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in plain text to other members. Sign-in runs through a dedicated identity provider, staff access to production systems is least-privilege and logged, and backups run automatically. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant provider, so we never store full card numbers.

The workspace is suspended, not deleted: members keep read-only access and your data is kept for 60 days. The Owner and Admins get a warning on day 45. After 60 days the workspace data is permanently deleted.

Yes. Owners and Admins can export portfolio reports at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@products-platforms.com, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
