Privacy Policy

Effective July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Products & Platforms ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Prodstack (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you access or use the Service. By using Prodstack, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1Information we collect

We collect: (a) Account information you provide or that is provided through our authentication provider, such as your name, email address, and organization; (b) Workspace content you create or upload, including products, conversations with the AI coach, generated documents, decision and traceability logs, and attached files; (c) Payment information necessary to process transactions, which is handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our systems; (d) Usage, log, and device data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken) needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service; and (e) Communications you send to us, such as support requests and feedback.

2How we use your information

We use your information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; generate AI-assisted coaching, analysis, and documents at your request; preserve your cross-stage memory and decision traceability; process payments, subscriptions, and token top-ups; send transactional messages such as receipts, security notices, and usage alerts; provide customer support; monitor, secure, and improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3AI processing of your content

To power coaching and content generation, the material you submit (for example, prompts, product details, and attached context) is transmitted to third-party artificial-intelligence providers that generate responses on our behalf. These providers process your content under their own terms and solely to return the requested output. We do not use your private workspace content to train publicly available AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

4How we share information

We share information only with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run the Service, each under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations. These include providers for authentication and identity, artificial-intelligence model hosting, payment processing, email delivery, database hosting, and application hosting. If you connect optional third-party tools (for example, via a connector you configure), data you choose to share is sent to those services under your control and their terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal data.

5Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and secure the Service. We may use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning.

6Data retention

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7Security

We protect your information using technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, encryption of sensitive credentials and connector tokens, least-privilege access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data. See our Security page for more detail.

8Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@products-platforms.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

9International data transfers

Our sub-processors may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on our providers' safeguards and contractual protections designed to keep your data protected consistent with this Policy.

10Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
