Terms of Service
1Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single user unless you are on a plan that expressly permits multiple seats.
2The Service
Prodstack is an AI-assisted product-management platform that provides coaching, analysis, document generation, and decision traceability across the product lifecycle. Features rely in part on third-party artificial-intelligence models. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may impose usage limits (including token allowances) to keep the Service reliable.
3Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Paid plans include a monthly token allowance and are described at checkout. Prices are set in US dollars and may be charged in US dollars or, for customers in Egypt, in Egyptian pounds at the applicable exchange rate. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Renewals are not automatic: you renew each billing period yourself, and your plan's benefits apply for the period paid. If a period ends without renewal, paid benefits may pause until you renew. Token top-ups are one-time purchases that add tokens to your workspace.
4Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your plan at any time; access to paid benefits continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the plan is not renewed. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team in accordance with applicable law; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Token top-ups are generally non-refundable once tokens have been added to your workspace.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; upload malicious code or content you have no right to use; or violate the terms of any third-party service you connect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6Fair use, one account, and trial abuse
Each individual may create and use only one Prodstack account. You may not create additional or duplicate accounts — including with different email addresses — or otherwise attempt to reset, extend, or circumvent free trials, token allowances, or usage limits. The free trial is limited to one per person and is offered at our discretion. We may identify and link related accounts using signals such as your contact details, device, or network, and where we detect duplicate accounts or trial abuse we may combine their usage under a single allowance, end free access, require a paid subscription to continue, and/or suspend or terminate any of the accounts involved.
7AI output and no professional advice
Prodstack uses artificial intelligence, including third-party models, to generate suggestions, documents, and analysis. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on any output. Prodstack provides product-management guidance only and does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
8Your content and ownership
As between you and us, you retain all rights to the content you submit and to the outputs generated for you ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
9Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models integration, design, text, and the Prodstack and Products & Platforms names and logos, is owned by Products & Platforms or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
10Third-party services and connectors
The Service integrates third-party providers (such as authentication, AI, payment, and email providers) and lets you optionally connect your own tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for any credentials or data you choose to connect.
11Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any output or result will meet your requirements.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Products & Platforms and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
15Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept the updated Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
