Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

An MVP is the least you can build to validate the riskiest assumption behind an idea, not a cut-down v1. Depending on what's uncertain, an MVP might be a landing page, a concierge service, or a single working feature. Its success is measured in learning, not polish — the goal is evidence before heavy investment.
