Assumption Mapping

Assumption mapping surfaces the desirability, viability, and feasibility beliefs an idea rests on, then plots each by how important and how uncertain it is. The most important, most uncertain assumptions are the 'leap-of-faith' bets you should test first with the cheapest possible experiment. It stops teams from building on unexamined guesses.
