Product Discovery

Product discovery is the ongoing practice of learning whether a problem is real, worth solving, and solvable — before engineering builds the solution. It combines customer interviews, market and competitor research, and small tests to replace opinion with evidence. Done well, discovery kills bad ideas cheaply and points the roadmap at problems users will actually pay to have solved.
