Product Requirements Document (PRD)
A PRD captures the problem, the target users, the solution's functional and non-functional requirements, and the success criteria for a feature or product. Its job is to give designers and engineers enough clarity to build the right thing with minimal ambiguity. A strong PRD is testable: a developer could build from it with few open questions.
Put the method into practice.
