User Story

A user story frames a requirement from the user's perspective — "As a [single role], I need to [action] so that [outcome]." It's paired with acceptance criteria that make 'done' testable, and is deliberately small enough to build and validate quickly. Stories describe intent and value, leaving the implementation to the team.
