40% to 60%
Saves you 40% to 60% of your coding agent's tokens

Each prompt carries the context, the rules, what done means and how to check it, so Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Copilot or Codex builds it right the first time instead of guessing.

The problem

Why this matters

Stories without acceptance criteria come back as questions mid-sprint.
Coding agents burn tokens guessing what a vague ticket means.
Copying stories into Jira or a prompt by hand wastes hours.
How it works

6 steps, guided by the coach

The coach walks you through each step, tracks your progress and moves on when the step's output is agreed. Click a step to see what it produces.

Step 1 of 6 · what you get
User Story Mapping

The journey laid out as a story map.

Story mapExample

Alert staffSend alertSkip if no rest
AcceptAccept in one tapDecline with reason
ConfirmManager confirmsUpdate payroll
Release 1 is the top row.

User Story, Acceptance Criteria, Validate

The framing sentence is only the start. Every story has all three parts, and everything traces back to your requirements.

Story · Accept an open shiftExample
User StoryAs a nurse, I want to accept an open shift from the alert, so that I can pick up hours quickly.
Acceptance CriteriaGiven I hold the required licence, when I tap Accept, then the shift is mine.Given someone accepted first, when I tap Accept, then I see 'Shift taken'.
ValidateThe manager sees the shift as filled within 5 seconds.

Prompts for your coding agent

Ask for coding agent prompts and get one ready prompt per story, plus the project context to paste first. Copy them into Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Copilot or Codex.

Hand off to GitHub, Jira or Linear
