Cost of Delay

Cost of Delay quantifies how much value you forgo for each week an initiative is late, combining the size of the opportunity with its urgency. Dividing it by the time to build (CD3) helps sequence work to maximize value delivered over time. It reframes prioritization from 'what's cheapest' to 'what's most expensive to postpone'.
