RICE Scoring

RICE scores initiatives by (Reach × Impact × Confidence) ÷ Effort, producing a comparable number that balances upside against cost and certainty. Reach is how many users are affected, Impact the effect per user, Confidence how sure you are, and Effort the person-time required. It's most reliable when paired with a second method to catch its blind spots.
