Impact-Effort Matrix
The impact-effort matrix maps each initiative on two axes — impact and effort — creating four quadrants: quick wins (high impact, low effort), big bets, fill-ins, and time sinks. It's a fast visual way to align a team on where to focus first. It works best as a conversation starter, backed by a scoring method for the hard calls.
