Founder

A founder starts and builds a company, wearing every hat — vision, product, sales, and hiring — usually before they can afford senior product leadership. Their biggest risk is betting the company on an unvalidated idea, which is why disciplined discovery and prioritization matter most early. Founders need product-leadership judgment on demand, not a full-time PM they can't yet hire.
