OKRs

OKRs pair a qualitative Objective (what you want to achieve) with a few quantitative Key Results (how you'll know you got there). They push teams to commit to outcomes rather than output, and cascade strategy into focused, measurable goals. Good key results measure customer or business impact, not tasks completed.
