Sprint

A sprint is a fixed-length iteration (usually one to two weeks) during which a team turns a selected slice of the backlog into a done, potentially shippable increment. Its fixed cadence creates a reliable rhythm for planning, building, and reviewing. Scope can flex within a sprint, but the timebox does not.
