Cohort Analysis

Cohort analysis groups users by when they signed up (or another shared trait) and tracks each group's behavior over time. It separates the effect of product changes from the noise of a growing user base, making retention and monetization trends visible. Comparing cohorts shows whether the product is actually getting better for new users.
