Feature Adoption

Feature adoption measures how many of the users who could benefit from a feature actually find and use it. Low adoption often signals a discoverability or value problem, not a missing feature — and building more on top rarely helps. Tracking adoption prevents the 'feature factory' trap of shipping things nobody uses.
