MoSCoW
MoSCoW is a prioritization method that buckets work into Must-have, Should-have, Could-have, and Won't-have (this time). It's fast and great for scoping a release or MVP, forcing stakeholders to agree on what is truly non-negotiable. Its weakness is subjectivity, so it pairs well with a quantitative method like RICE.
