Pricing Strategy

Pricing strategy decides how you package and charge for value — the model (subscription, usage-based, tiered), the price metric, and the fences between tiers. Because price directly sets revenue and positioning, small changes can outweigh months of feature work. The strongest pricing is anchored to the value customers actually receive.
