Product Manager

A product manager owns the 'why' and 'what' of a product, working across discovery, strategy, prioritization, and delivery to ship outcomes rather than output. They balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and are measured on results they don't fully control. Strong PMs replace opinion with evidence at every decision.
