Product Owner

A product owner is the agile role responsible for maximizing the value a development team delivers — owning the backlog, ordering it, and making sure each item is clear and ready. They are the voice of the customer inside the team, translating strategy into well-formed user stories. The role is tactical and delivery-focused, often paired with a product manager who owns the broader strategy.
